She holds a PhD in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness and has over 20 years’ experience helping individuals and teams with crisis management, negotiation, conflict resolution, management communication, personal branding, presentation skills, and emotional intelligence in the workplace. You will get a Certificate of Completion.
Given the nature of the course and its timeline, it will not be possible to create custom chatbots during the course. However, we will have one extra session at the end where we will be discussing your custom requirement and how to logically approach the problem.
